🏔 大山（1,729m）鳥取
中国地方最高峰。「伯耆大山」とも呼ばれる美しい山。
鳥取県西伯郡大山町
JR米子駅からバス約1時間→大山登山口（大山寺）
登山シーズン：5月上旬〜11月上旬
大山登山リフトあり。夏は避暑地としても人気。冬季はスキー・スノーシューも楽しめる。富士山に似た美しい山容で「伯耆富士」とも。
🏔 剣山（1,955m）徳島
四国第二の高峰。なだらかな山頂が特徴。
徳島県三好市・美馬市
JR阿波池田駅からバス約1時間→剣山登山口（リフトあり）
登山シーズン：5月上旬〜11月上旬
リフトで山頂近くまで行ける。四国遍路の信仰とも関連。ファミリー向け。
🏔 石鎚山（1,982m）愛媛
四国最高峰。西日本最高峰。修験道の山。鎖場あり。
愛媛県西条市・久万高原町
JR伊予西条駅からバス約1時間→石鎚山ロープウェイ
登山シーズン：5月中旬〜11月上旬
鎖場（試しの鎖など）あり。山岳信仰の対象。ロープウェイ利用で標高1,300mまで到達可能。頂上直下の鎖場は上級者向け。
